We have also developed a vast experience in insurance litigation.

Finally, our firm provides on going assistance to Italian insurance companies, Italian branches of insurance and reinsurance companies located in EU countries and non-EU countries, to EU insurers acting on a freedom of service basis, as well as to subjects carrying out insurance intermediation activity in Italy.
