A GELEX team from both Naples and Rome Offices, guided by Partners Mr. Fabio Esposito and Mr. Giorgio Grasso, has obtained an extraordinary decree from the Regional Administrative Court of Campania which

canceled the previous decision of Regione Campania concerning the limitation of utilization of termal waters.

The Court has stated that the use of simple geysers does not impact on hydrothermal resources.
